Processing and Delivery Times
Order cutoff time : 5:00 PM (GMT -05:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
Processing time (Canada):
1 to 2 business days, from Monday to Friday.
Shipping time (Canada):
2 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday.
Total delivery time (Canada):
3 to 5 business days, from Monday to Friday.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Track Your Order page.

All orders within Canada qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.
Change of Delivery Address
Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to change the delivery address.
If an address change is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@cabinlow.com.
Cancellation Policy and Address Errors
Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. We recommend submitting your request within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the item has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for any refund request.
We strongly encourage you to carefully verify your delivery address before completing your order. Any address correction will only be possible if the order is still being processed.
Cabinlow cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery and immediately inform our customer service.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at support@cabinlow.com and provide photos of the product and its packaging.
