Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return.
Once this period has passed, return requests can no longer be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it
It must be unused and unworn
It must include all original tags and packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email us at support@cabinlow.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) confirming your request.
A free return label will then be issued to you along with instructions to download, print the label, and return the parcel by mail.
Please note: return requests submitted during weekends are processed on the next working day.
Restocking Fees
There is no restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
All returns are free of charge.
Cabinlow covers the cost of return shipping for every eligible return.
Once your request is approved, a free return label will be provided along with instructions for mailing the parcel.
Returned parcels remain under your responsibility until received by our team.
We recommend using the tracked return label provided to ensure secure delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@cabinlow.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
Only items damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for exchange.
To confirm the issue occurred prior to delivery, we may request a photo of the product in its original packaging showing the shipping label clearly.
If an exchange is necessary, please email support@cabinlow.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday–Friday).
